Mad Viking Beard is a men's grooming brand running a complex Shopify stack built around subscriptions, loyalty, and post-purchase automation. MHT Media handled ongoing development and email marketing work including PDP improvements, B2B customer portal customizations, subscription app logic, a full reviews platform migration from Okendo to Junip with integrations across nine apps, and custom Klaviyo email flows for their loyalty and reviews programs.

Redesigned and optimized WellNest Home’s product detail page experience to better align with the brand’s luxury positioning and improve conversion potential across desktop and mobile. The project included a custom PDP structure, improved content hierarchy, enhanced mobile UX, and CRO recommendations focused on trust, customer education, and high-ticket purchasing behavior. Additional consulting covered product naming strategy, review management, and email capture planning to support long-term growth.
